In addition, we act as the designated place for any legal service of process, such as a summons or subpoena. As a part of the service, we will forward your corporation’s annual list of officers and directors and other correspondence from the State.

Discount Rate for 2 or more accounts.
$90.00 each for 2-5 accounts.
$79,99 each for 6 or more accounts.

Standard process time is 5-10 business days

- The UPS Store Registered Agent signed agreement.
- Check payable to The UPS Store in the amount indicated above for your annual Registered Agent Service.
